Terms and conditions

Last updated: Wednesday 01-04-2026

These terms apply to every visit to LatinAgenda.com and to everyone who creates an account, lists an event or manages a dance school page. By using the website you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

LatinAgenda.com is an online agenda and guide for Latin dance in the Netherlands, Belgium and abroad. Contact details are on our contact page.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy content in bulk, scrape the agenda automatically or use the site in a way that harms it or other users.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Information you give us must be correct. We may block or delete accounts that break these terms.

4. Listing events

Listing an event is free. Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of dates, prices, venue and ticket information. Events are checked before they go live, and we may edit, refuse or remove a listing without giving a reason.

By uploading a flyer or photo you confirm you have the right to use it and you give LatinAgenda.com permission to show it on the website and our social media.

5. Dance school pages

Schools can claim and manage their own page. Only the owner or someone authorised by the school may claim a page. We may ask for proof, such as a KvK number. Paid plans have their own conditions, shared before you sign up.

6. Tickets and third parties

Tickets are sold by organisers or ticket partners, not by LatinAgenda.com. Your purchase agreement is with them. We are not responsible for cancelled, moved or changed events.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the information correct and current, but we cannot guarantee it. LatinAgenda.com is not liable for damage caused by using the website or by information from organisers, schools or other users, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual property

Texts, design, logo and articles on the website belong to LatinAgenda.com or its partners, such as Kalito. Do not reuse them without written permission.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The newest version is always on this page with its date. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.
